重庆南温泉主题公园湿地植物的选择与配置研究

由于自身的特点,非正式组织在企业中发挥着重要的作用。以往对非正式组织的研究大都集中在如何协调其与企业总体目标的差别方面,很少涉及它与企业员工队伍稳定方面的关系。探讨非正式组织对企业员工队伍的影响,分析了非正式组织对稳定员工队伍的积极作用,同时也指出了其消极的影响,给出了相应的管理建议:创建沟通渠道,弥补正式沟通的不足;重视非正式组织中核心人物的影响;加大对非正式员工的人力资本投入,注重非正式员工的培训和发展机会;合理的绩效评价。

Selection and allocation of theme park wetland plants in Chongqing Southem Spa

Abstract: This paper studies the feasibility, reasonablity and visual effects of new wetland p lant allocation in Chongqing Southern Spa. The p lantswhich Chongqing Southern Spa selected grow very well in Chongqing, and the color, texture and shape of the p lants reasonable match the wetland and show unique beauty, meanwhile, some of the p lants, which Chongqing Southern Spa selected like water hyacinth, lotus, and water lilies and so on, have the ability of sewage purification which has certain contribution to the p rotection of the ecology of Chongqing Southern Spa.
