摘    要:蒸汽管网输配效率表征蒸汽输送过程中的能耗占输送蒸汽能量的比例,输配管网的能耗表现为排出冷凝水带走的能量和沿管壁热传递散失的能量2种形式.为研究2种形式的能耗在输配能耗中的比例,提出对蒸汽管网建立动态非线性外源自回归模型,并针对天津市空港工业区蒸汽热网进行了案例研究.应用该模型对蒸汽源在不同压力、过热温度条件下的管网输配能耗进行了模拟.结果表明:蒸汽压力的提高对减少管网输配中产生的冷凝水和降低散热损失均有明显效果,提高过热度可以有效减少冷凝水的产生,但不降低总体能耗.

Abstract:The efficiency of the steam pipeline network indicates the energy consumption rate along the steam distri- bution. Distribution energy consumption in steam systems consists of two forms of energy loss due to condensation and heat transfer through pipes. To estimate these losses, an operative method of nonlinear autoregressive exogenous model was proposed, which describes the dynamics of the steam distribution system. A case study in Tianjin Airport Industry Park was conducted to demonstrate the applicability of this method. In addition, steam supply with different parameters was simulated. The results indicate that increasing steam pressure is an effective method to reduce both condensation and total energy consumption along pipelines; raising degree of superheat decreases condensation but does not improve the overall energy efficiency.
