摘    要:21世纪的职业以人才提出了更高的要求,山区高校教师在学生素质教育中要以自身的高素质引导示范,要关注学生的动态发展,要培养学生的创新思维;山区高校学生必须学会学习,以积极、主动的态度投身素质教育,要大胆想象、创新,要一专多能;山区高校在素质教育中要转变观念,注重技术教育与人教育的和谐进行,注重学生的学习过程和创造性成果的考核。

Abstract:In the 21st century,all trades and professions are stricter with qualified personnel.The teachers of institutions of higher learning in mountain areas must guide and teach the students with their own excellent qualities in quality education.Teachers must pay close attention to students' development and train their creativity thinking.Students must master the learning methods,participate quality education positively and objectively,and give free rein to their imagination and creativity.Students should study hard to become expert in one thing and good at many.The institutions of higher learning in mountain areas should change ideas in education management,lay stress on harmonious development of technology education and the humanities education,and pay close attention to students' learning process and examination of creative achievement.
