| 摘 要： | Ｌ－半胱氨酸甲酯盐酸盐和二硫化碳在三乙胺存在下反应，当摩尔比为１：１．５：２时，得到的（Ｒ）－２－硫代四氢噻唑－４－羧酸甲酯，产率８０％；摩尔比为１：１．５１３．５时，得到Ｒ，Ｓ－２－硫代四氢噻唑－４－羧酸甲酯。另外，由（Ｒ）－２－硫代四氢噻唑－４－羧酸与甲醇及二氯亚硫酰反应，也得到（Ｒ）－２－硫代四氢噻唑－４－羧酸甲酯，产率为９８％，

| Abstract: | R)-2- thione- thiazolidine-4-carboxylic methyl ester((R)MCTT) was prepared from L-systeine Methyl ester hydrochloride reacting with carbon disulfide in the presence of triethylamine.When the molar ratio of L-systein methyl ester hydrochloride:carbon disulfide: triethylamine=1:1.5:2,(R)MCTT was produced in a 80%yield,when the molar ratio was 1:1.5:3.5,the specific rotation was reduced to When methyl alcohol and thionyl chloridereacted with(R)-2-thione-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid,(R)MCTT was obtained in a 98% yield, |
