| 摘 要： | 本文根据2007年证券市场公开数据，使用二分名义变量对多元策略和企业经营绩效作了度量。基于D相关分析结果，研究发现多元化与绩效之间存在显著负相关关系。本文认为经营环境改变导致了多元化经营策略和企业经营绩效之间关系的显著改变，并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Diversified strategies and firm performance are appraised by using the dichotomous variable and public data of 2007 securities market in this paper.Based on the result of Phi-Correlation Analysis,this paper finds the significant converse correlation relationship between diversified strategies and firm performance.This paper believes the change of consumption environment give rise to the remarkable change and some advises are provided. |
