| 摘 要： | 使用文献法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对高校体育与健康课体操教师现状的调查研究，发现体操教师以中青年为主，总体学历结构偏低，男女健美操教师比例失衡，进修状况令人担忧，分析现状原因，并提出了相应建议，期望对高校体育与健康课改革提供参考依据。
