射击运动员心理疲劳与完美主义、训练比赛满意感的相关研究

采用《运动员心理疲劳问卷》、《运动领域完美主义量表》和《训练比赛满意感量表》对20名贵州省优秀射击运动员进行问卷调查,以探讨运动员心理疲劳与完美主义、训练比赛满意感的关系。结果显示:男性射击运动员较女性射击运动员心理疲劳情况更为严重,国家一级运动员较健将级和国家二级运动员的心理疲劳情况更为严重;完美主义的关注错误维度与心理疲劳的各个维度都呈显著正相关,并对心理疲劳各维度及其总分起显著的正向预测作用;训练比赛满意感与心理疲劳的各维度及总分都呈显著的负相关,能够对心理疲劳各维度及其总分起显著的负向预测作用。

Research on the relationships between athlete burnout、perfectionism and training and competition satisfaction of shooting athletes

This research that used athlete burnout questionnaire,sport-specific version of the multidimensional perfectionism scale and training and competition satisfaction scale investigated 20 excellent shooting athletes in Guizhou province,focusing on the relationship between them. The results showed that the situation in burnout,male shooting athletes is more serious than female shooting athletes and first grade sportsman is more serious than second grade sportsman and master sportsman; Concentrate mistake dimension were significant positive correlation with the total score of Burnout and its all dimension,and have a notable positive prediction to it; Training and competition satisfaction were significant negative correlation with the total score of burnout and its all dimension,and have a notable negative prediction to it.
