军校本科学员导师制培养模式探讨与实践

摘    要:围绕军队院校高素质人才培养需求,对军校本科学员导师制培养模式进行了探讨与实践。研究了本科学员导师制培养模式的内涵与着眼点,从教育思想、培养目标和培训模式等方面进行了分析,结合对两届兵器专业学员进行的实践跟踪研究,提出了军校实施本科学员导师制需要把握的关键环节,包括做好培养体系顶层设计、建立健全规章制度、突出思想性和细节落实等,为本科学员导师制深入推广积累了经验基础。

Analysis and practice of training model of tutorial system for undergraduates in military academies

Abstract:To meet the need of training high-quality talents in military academies, this paper makes an investigation into the training model of tutors for military academy undergraduates, including its connotation and key points. Through the analysis of the educational thinking, training target and training modes and a follow-up, survey of the two-year practice done by the graduates who majored in weaponry subject, some key links need to be grasped, including the top-level design of training system, strict rules and regulations, high ideological level, detailed implementation and so on. These have provided rich experience for introducing the tutorial system for military academy undergraduates.
