固井注水泥过程计算机仿真

摘    要:通过对注水泥动态过程的分析研究,建立了注水泥动态参数的计算模型,包括真空段体积、环空流速、井口压力、井底压力、观测点压力和返出排量等.利用Delphi编制了注水泥过程计算机仿真软件并现场应用,通过与现场实测数据对比,模拟结果与实测数据符合率很高,表明该软件可用来指导固井施工及辅助固井设计.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the dynamic process of cementing and establishes a computation model of dynamic parameters such as vacuum section volume, annulus flow rate, wellhead pressure, well bottom pressure, Observation point pressure during cementing. Computer simulation software of a cementing dynamic process are developed by Delphi. Through testing and verifying in several wells on site ,the simulation and measurement results are almost identical, thus the software provides a powerful supporting tool and means for making cementing design and guiding the cementing operation.
