双驱动单元擦窗机控制系统设计

摘    要:完成了双驱动单元擦窗机系统设计。由主控制平台(上位机)、固定平台和悬挂平台组成。固定平台是整个系统的核心动力部分,用以完成悬挂平台的定位,悬挂平台用以完成自动擦洗动作。采用实验方法确定了控制电机运动的步长,以完成悬挂平台的准确定位。

Abstract:A window cleaning system with dual-CPU is introduced. It is composed of main control platform(upper computer), fixed platform and hanging platform. The former is the key part, which is used to achieve positioning of the hanging platform. The latter is used for auto scrubbing. An accurate step to control motor is determined to satisfy the positioning of hanging platform by experiment.
