我院近7年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征变化的临床分析

目的：总结我院近7年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化。方法：回顾性分析我院近7年来剖宫产孕妇的临床资料。结果：剖宫产率逐年升高,2000年为29%,2006年为54.30%,增加1.87倍;2000年-2003年剖宫产的指征难产排第一位,而近3年,社会因素占第一位。结论：剖宫产率升高主要与社会因素有关,降低剖宫产率的关键是严格掌握剖宫产指征,尽量减少因社会因素而行剖宫产术。

A clinic analysis of the caesarean birth rate and its indicator variations in our hospital

Objective: Sum up the Caesarean birth rate and its indicator variations in our hospital over the past seven years.Methods: Make a retrospective analysis of the seven years of clinic data regarding the pregnant women giving Caesarean-birth.Results:Caesarean birth rate increases annually,29% in 2000,54.30% in 2006,an increase of 1.87 times;the Caesarean birth indication in 2000-2003 reveals difficult birth coming as No.one while the social factors in recent three years come as No.one.Conclusion: The high rate of Caesarean birth is for the most part associated with the social factors;the key to reduce Caesarean birth rate is a strict grasp of the Caesarean birth indication and reduce the social factors as much as possible to practice Caesarean birth.
