中西方高等职业教育模式比较研究及启示

由于经济发展环境、教育思想观念不同，因此中西方高等职业教育模式也存在差异。我国的高等职业教育应学习借鉴西方高等职业教育模式的长处，改变传统的教育思想，加强政策的导向作用，拓宽资金渠道，开展校企深度合作，大力建设“双师型”结构教师队伍，按职业岗位、生产过程构建课程体系，努力实现高等职业教育模式的创新。

Comparative Research and Thoughts about Chinese and Western Higher Vocational Education Models

On account of the differences between economic development environment and educational concepts,there exist differences between Chinese and western higher vocational education models.We should learn from and take in the advantages of western higher vocational education model,change our traditional education thoughts,enhance the directive role of policies,widen capital channels,enlarge the deep cooperation between college and enterprises, build "double professional teacher" structure;construct course structures on the basis of career posts and production procedures so as to realize the innovation of higher vocational education model.
