镉胁迫对黑小麦POD及SOD同工酶的影响

摘    要:利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳方法,研究了不同浓度镉胁迫对黑小麦及小麦幼苗及根过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶谱的影响.结果表明:镉胁迫下黑小麦及小麦幼苗和根内POD及SOD同工酶表达均发生不同程度改变,谱带颜色深浅和条数均有变化,部分同工酶基因表达在镉胁迫下完全关闭而谱带消失,另一部分同工酶基因表达则被启动而有新的谱带产生.根POD及SOD同工酶表达被抑制较幼苗明显,小麦POD及SOD同工酶表达被抑制较黑小麦明显。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of cadmium stress on the POD and SOD isozymograms in seedlings and roots of black wheat and wheat were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that the POD and SOD isozymograms of black wheat and wheat varied in different degree under cadmium stress.Moreover, the POD and SOD isozymograms in roots were obviously inhibited by the cadmium stress than those in seedlings,and the POD and SOD isozymograms in black wheat were obviously inhibited by the cadmium stress more than those in wheat.
