| 摘 要： | Ｃ３Ｉ系统已成为现代化战争必不可少的重要组成部分，其效能分析也越来越受到人们的重视。本文首先对Ｃ３Ｉ系统效能的含义做了分析，并在一般效能模型的基础上深入讨论了Ｃ３Ｉ系统的作战效能，对Ｃ３Ｉ系统作战效能的含义和计算进行了研究，给出了一种新的评价Ｃ３Ｉ系统的方法。

| Abstract: | C 3I system has been an important part of modern war and its effectiveness analysis is given with more and more emphasis.In this paper the effectiveness of C 3I system is analyzed firstly,and on the basis of general effectiveness model a fighting effectiveness of C 3I system is discussed in detail.We study the fighting effectiveness of C 3I system and its calculation.A new method for evaluating C 3I system is proposed. |
