摘    要:首先运用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立了润扬斜拉桥面向SHM的结构有限元模型,并进行模态分析.然后以模态置信准则(MAC)矩阵的非对角元为目标函数,增加或减少测点自由度使目标函数最小化,从而确定斜拉桥振动测点的最优布点位置.最后,运用现场环境振动测试的数据对根据FEM计算得出的布点方案进行验证.结果表明:由环境振动实测数据得出的测点布置和有限元计算得出的测点布置结果是一致的,说明由有限元分析得出的测点布置是有效的.

Abstract:This paper studies the finite element(FE) modeling oriented to structural health monitoring(SHM) of long cable-stayed bridge and the optimal sensor configuration based on the structural dynamic response.Firstly,the FE model oriented SHM of Runyang Cable-Stayed Bridge(RYCB) is developed using ANSYS.Modal analysis of RYCB is carried out using the developed FE model.Taking the non-diagonal elements of the MAC matrix as target function,and increasing or decreasing the number of degree of freedom(DOF),the optimal sensor placement of the bridge is obtained by minimizing the target function.Validation of the sensor placement is checked with the results obtained from the ambient vibration test of RYCB. It is shown that the sensor placement obtained from the measured data of RYCB is coincident with the result calculated from the FE model.The sensor placement obtained from the FE model of RYCB is valid from the experimental point of view.
