| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是依靠教育者与受教育者的主体之间交互作用以及具体实践活动所展开和完成的，思想政治教育过程也是着重体现在教育者与受教育者的主体性的发挥、发展与相互作用的过程。教育者与受教育者主体性的发挥、发展状况则直接关系到思想政治教育实践活动的成败。因而，分析现代社会中的思想政治教育者与受教育者主体性的现实缺失，进而提出消解路径，对促进思想政治教育的顺利实施无疑将具有深刻的理论及实践意义。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the inadequacy of the subjectivity of educators and the educated in modern society and offers the following approaches to the inadequacy： giving priority to the goal of enhancing the overall and free development of the educated,respecting the subject position of the educated,improving the subject qualities of the educators,enhancing the process of understanding and experiencing the subjectivity of ideological and political education and promoting the implementation of ideological and political education successfully. |
