| 摘 要： | 将数字图像技术应用于工件厚度的测量，利用阅值分割、边缘提取等技术手段获取工件的边缘，在计算工件壁厚时，提出了相关算法。该测量方法具有速度快、精度高、可靠性强、易于控制的优点。

| Abstract: | This paper applies the digital image technology in the measurement of workpiece' s wall -thickness,and uses the threshold segmentation,ma rginal extraction and other technic al means to get the edge of workpiece,and puts forward some related algorithms for calculating the wall -thickness of workpiece,and points out that this me thod has the merits of rapider speed,higher prec ision,better reliability and simpl er control. |
