| 摘 要： | 设实正规阵Ａ分解为Ａ＝Ｂ＋Ｃ（ＢＴ＝Ｂ，ＣＴ＝－Ｃ），本文证明，存在正交 阵Ｐ使 ．由此，本文提出一个算法 可以计算Ａ的所有复特征值和实特征值。用它来求反对称阵特征值比 Ｐａａｒｄｅｋｏｏｐｅｒ 在１９７１年提供的算法有显著的改进．

| Abstract: | Let A be a real normal matrix and A=B+C (BT=B, CT=-C). In this pa-per it can be proved that there exists an orthogonal matrix P so that PCPT=diag, PBPT=diag, where .This paper also presents an algorithm for computing all the real or complex eigenvalues of the matrix A. Computing the eigenvalues of skew-symmetric matrix with this algorithm has shown some obvious improve-ment compared with the algorithm presented by paardekooper in 1971. |
