摘    要:通过对冷轧厂轧辊损坏两年的跟踪调查.总结了轧辊损坏的规律,并找出了辊面剥落是导致轧辊服役期未满、早期报废的主要原因。根据现场条件及裂纹的产生和接触应力情况,从使用出发,分析了影响辊面剥落的诸因素,为冷轧厂采取措施提高轧辊寿命提供理论依据。最后总结了使用中防止辊面剥落的措施。冷轧厂3年的实践表明,这些措施是有效的,辊耗从1.002kg/t下降到0.616kg/t。

Abstract:Through a following-up investigation for two years into the problems of roll deterioration in a cold rolling mill, the authors kaye concluded the rules of the roll deterioration and found that roll surface spalling is the main factor that causes the rolls scrapped ahead of time in their service life. Based on the working conditions and the state of crackles and contact stress, this article analyses the factors causing the roll surface spaning, and thereby provides a theoretical but practical basis for.the mill users to take measures to extend the service life of the roll. In the final part of the article, the authors propose some measures to prevent the roll surface from spalling. The measures practised in a cold rolling mill for three years have proved effective and helped decreased roll consumption from 1. 002kg/t to 0. 616kg/t.
