摘    要:建立气相色谱法测定中成药8种有机氯农药残留量。方法:样品经有机溶剂超声提取,硫酸净化;选用SE-54和OV.1701毛细管柱对8种有机氯农药进行分离,电子捕获检测器检测。结果:OV一1701毛细管柱对8种农药的分离效果优于SE-54柱;样品的平均回收率为74.3%~122.8%,RSD为2.36%~9.11%。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,可用于中成药中8种有机氯农药的测定。

Abstract:To determine 8 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in traditional Chinese medicine by gas chromatography with electron capture detector (GC-ECD) . Methods: Samples were extracted with organic solvent using supersonic fluid extraction.The extracts were cleaned up by concentrated H2SO4. The pesticides were separated by OV-1701 and SE-54 column . Results:It showed that the effect of separation by OV-1701 column to 8 organochlorine pesticides was better than that by SE-54 column. The average recovery and RSD ranged from 74.3 %~122.8 % and 2.36 %~9.11% respectively. Conclusions:This method was rapid, simple and accurate.It could be used to determine organochlorine pesticides in traditional Chinese medicine.
