| 摘 要： | 涝河水库是一座中型水库，为了更好地解决防洪与蓄水的矛盾，在确保工程安全的前提下尽量多蓄水兴利，针时涝河水库的具体情况拟定了分阶段制定防洪限制水位和利用短期预报超蓄、预泄的汛期防洪调度运行方案。

| Abstract: | Laohe Reservoir is a middle- sized one. In order to resolve well the contradictions between its flood protection and utilizable capacity and guarantee the most water storage and utilizable capacity under the precondition of engineering safety, this paper puts forward a dispatching operation scheme of laying down the water- level restriction in stages and conducting the over- storing and pre- sluicing by using short- term predictions in flood period according to the concrete situation of Laihe Reservoir. |
