| Abstract: | In the paper, a joint between Newton＇ s gravitational law and Einstein＇ s special relativity is constructed, which makes analogy between mass and electric charge to like more reasonable. Thus the paper gives an annotion for Chen Yongming＇ s caculation of gravitational radiation for Binary Pulsar PSR1913 ＋ 16 （seen in China Basic Science, 2008 （ 1 ） ： 34--37 ）. |
