摘    要:随着高等教育的发展和后勤社会化改革的深入,高校后勤实体使用了大量的“临时工”,2008年1月1日起,新修订的《劳动合同法》在全国正式实施,后勤劳动关系随之发生了重大变化,用工管理亟待规范,严格遵守《劳动合同法》在用工管理方面的新要求,是建立高校后勤规范用工新机制的有效途径。

Abstract:Along with the development of higher education and further reform of logistical service socialization, the college logistical service company has massively recruited "temporary workers". Beginning from the formal implementation of the newly revised Labor Contract Law all over the country in January, 2008, the logistical service work relations have tremendous changes along with it. The labor recruitment and management need to be standardized. Strictly sticking to the new items on recruitments and employment management in the Labor Contract Law is the effective way to establish new mechanics of normative recruitment in college logistical service companies.
