电刷镀耐磨减摩复合镀层研究

摘    要:采用电刷镀技术制备的NiCoZrO2复合镀层具有耐磨损、抗高温氧化及镀层光亮致密的特点,NiCoMoS2、NiCo石墨及NiCoPTFE复合镀层具有摩擦系数小,镀层致密光滑以及与其体金属结合强度高的特点初步分析了复合镀层的组织结构及其形貌特征

Abstract:The brush plating composite coating of Ni Co ZrO 2 has the properties of wear resisting, oxidation resistant and shiny close surface texture. The composite coating of Ni Co MoS 2,Ni Co graphite and Ni Co PTFE has the characteristics of lower friction coefficient, higher combination strength and smooth surface. The surface texture and morphology of composite coating are discussed.
