摘    要:通过分析旋转液流在旋喷泵转子腔及集流管内流动规律,从理论上证明转子腔内存在一个旋转液体自由表面,采用伯努利方程和流体静力学平衡方程,推导出描述旋喷泵压力的数学模型,并分析了影响旋喷泵压力的主要参数.以时均N—S控制方程和RNGκ-ε模型为基础,应用CFD技术对旋喷泵整机进行了数值计算,结果表明:转子腔内液体环流与转子腔半径和旋转角速度相关,转子腔及集流管是旋喷泵能量转换的主要载体.

Energy Transfer Mechanism and Numerical Calculation of Flow Field in a Rotor-jet Pump

Abstract:Aiming at the flow mechanism of the rotational fluid in the collecting tube and rotor cavity of a rotor-jet pump,this paper has theoretically proved that a rotational liquid free surface exists in the rotor cavity. By using Bernoulli equation and hydrostatic equation, the mathematical model are established for de- scribing the pressure in a rotor-jet pump,and the main parameters that influence the pump's pressure were analyzed. On the basis of the time-averaged N-S equation and the RNG κ-ε turbulence model, the steady CFD method was used to make numerical calculations of the whole rotor-jet pump. The results show that the formation of liquid circulation inside the rotor cavity is related to the radius and angular velocity of the cavity,the collecting tube and rotor cavity are the main carriers of energy transfer in a rotor-jet pump.
