摘    要:为了解决旋塞阀阀体密封泄漏问题,采用在阀体外侧布置加强圈、加强筋的方法以降低阀体应力和变形.利用有限元模拟对比分析,并采用复合形法优化加强圈、加强筋结构.结果表明,优化后,阀体密封良好,阀体体积增加最小.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the seal leakage of plug valves, reinforcing rings and stiffeners are fixed to the outside of the valve to reduce the stress and deformation of the valve body. On the basis of the finite el- ement simulation analysis and the complex method the structure of reinforcing rings and stiffeners are optimized. After optimization,the valve's sealing is better and the increase of valve volume is minimal.
