导叶式混流泵静态水阻分析

摘    要:以某混流泵为研究对象,基于FLUENT软件,建立相对坐标系下的时均连续性方程及N—S方程,并采用RNGκ-ε模型、非结构四面体网格和SIMPLEC算法对该混流泵内部三维流动进行数值模拟,在分析网格无关性的基础上,得出流道内压力分布和速度分布规律,并得到在不同流量下,该混流泵总水阻和关键部位的水阻系数变化规律.研究发现,流量从800m3/h增大到1500m3/h时,其水阻系数基本保持不变,即对同一台泵,水阻系数只与泵几何参数有关,在不同工况下运行时,其水阻系数不变.

Abstract:Taking the mixed-flow pump as the object of our study,the time-averaged continuity equation is established in relative coordinates and the N-S equation on the basis of FLUENT software. The RNG κ-ε quation,the unstructured tetrahedral network and SIMPLEC algorithm are used for numerical simulation. The laws of distribution of pressures and speeds inside the channel are obtained after the mesh size-inde- pendent is checked. The total water resistance of the pump and water resistance coefficients of critical com- ponents are obtained in the different flows. It is found that the water resistance remains unchanged when the flow changes from 800 m3/h to 1 500 m3/h. That is to say,the water resistance coefficient depends only on physical dimensions of the same pump, keeping constant in the different working conditions.
