论"教育"概念的掌握与教育者的角色意识

摘    要:教师虽然被公认为从事教育教学工作的专业人员,其教育者角色的扮演却具有动态性,有时扮演教育者的角色,有时却扮演其他角色,有时甚至扮演着反教育的角色。这种情况与"教育"这一概念的掌握有很大关系,掌握好这一概念,有助于教师自觉地扮演教育者角色。

Abstract:Although teaches are recognized as the professional personnels engaged in educational work in schools,the performance of educators' role is of dynamics.Sometimes,teachers play the role of educators,sometimes,teachers play the other roles,and sometimes,teachers play an anti-education role.It has much to do with the grasp of the concept of "education".Having a good grasp of this concept helps teachers to play a part of educators conscientiously.
