| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿毒症脑病的临床因素,提高临床诊治水平。方法经神经精神科医师确诊后,将20例慢性肾功能不全患者分为神经精神症状阳性组和阴性组,回顾性分析其临床资料,对比两组的一般资料,生化指标,透析剂量,并作统计学分析。结果感染能诱发和加重尿毒症脑病。结论对慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期患者出现感染应及早使用强有力抗生素,并加强血液透析治疗。

| Abstract: | objective： To investigate the clinic factor of uremic encephalopathy. Methods： We divided 50 patients with chronic kidney insufficiency into psychiatric symptom masccline group and psychiatric symptom negative group, then retrospective compared the biochemical indicator and the dose of dialysis between two groups. Results： Infection can induce or aggravate the pathogenetic condition of uremic encephalopathy. Conclusion： To apply antibiotics early and strengthen hemodialysis therapy are necessary for uremic encephalopathy. |
