摘    要:可靠性指标是定量评价电力系统性能的重要参数。在对大型电力系统静、动态可靠性指标进行严格定义的基础上,文章给出这些指标的准确计算公式,并以非序贯仿真为例给出了算法的流程框图,文中还给出了系统计算结果。以文章所述方法构成的大型电力系统可靠性评价体系已用于多个实际电网的分析与评价。

Abstract:Reliability indices are the important parameters for the quantitative evaluation of power system performance.On the basis of rigorous definition on the static and dynamic reliability indices of bulk power systems,this paper proposes a set of exact expressions for computing these indices and presents the flowchart of algorithms by taking the non sequential Monte Carlo simulation as an example.The results of a sample system are given.The reliability evaluation framwork and indices for bulk power system proposed in this paper have been utilized in several practical electric power networks.
