摘 要: | 本文提出了用硫脲电化学制备二硫甲脒的新方法.采用具有隔膜的夹套H型三电极体系的电解池,工作电极为筒型铂网,辅助电级为铂片,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,阳极区是含硫脲的稀硫酸溶液,辅助电极区只是稀硫酸,控制温度10℃,工作电极电位控制在+0.3V(vs.S.C.E.)电解制备了二硫甲脒.反应时间为7h;产率36.0%,电流效率22.6%,研究表明工作电极电位0.3V时,硫脲开始缓慢电氧化,随即生成二硫甲脒.

Abstract: | A new method for 1,1'-dithiodiformamidine prepared by the electrooxidation of thiourea is proposed.1,1'-dithiodiformamidine is produced using sandwich-H-type electrolytic cell with ionic exchange film, at temperature 10°C, in 1.0 mol·L-1 H2SO4 electrolytic solution containing thiourea and controlling working electrode potential at 0.3 V(vs, S.C.E).Pt net is used as working electrode,Pt plate conter electrode and S.C.E. reference electrode.The reaction thime is 7 hours.The produetivty and current efficiency are 36.0% and 22.6% ,respectively. |
