| Abstract: | In this paper a new vector,Shift vector,is introduced、In terms of it,We haveestablished a simplified general formula which is convenient to compute the perih-elian shift of the finite motion in Newton——Coulomb potential field under anarbitrary perturbation.Their advantages are discussed in details. |
