摘 要: | 提出采用共轭凸轮———行星轮系组合机构作为引纬系统解决了4.3米磁性引纬织机大幅宽引纬问题。共轭凸轮机构可满足对引纬工艺要求的控制 ,行星轮系增速可增加引纬幅宽。讨论了通过引纬梭移动裕量和优化确定凸轮机构运动规律克服增速带来的位置精度和惯性力等问题

Abstract: | As a newdesign of the wefting system,the mechanism combined with conjugate cams and planet gears is applied to width-breadth magnetic filling insertion loom.By using conjugate cams,the control of process requirements can be met,and the planet gears are used to increase the breadth of wefting.On the other hand,by using the motion principles of the cams which are determined by the margin of wefting shutter displacement and optimization,the problen of location precision and inertia force are solved. |
