| Abstract: | An evaluation of a teacher is one of the major parts in educational evaluation.In terms of the purposes of the evaluation of a teacher,there are mainly two different evaluation systems:an evaluation of a teacher in reward and in punishment;an evaluation of a teacher in development.This paper makes a brief contrastive study of these two different evaluation systems from the purposes,content,subject,methods,pattern etc. |
