摘    要:教师评价是教育评价的重要组成部分.就教师评价的目的而言,教师评价制度主要有两种:奖惩性教师评价和发展性教师评价.这两种教师评价制度其评价目的、评价内容、评价主体、评价方式、评价模式等方面既有相同之处,也有各异之处.

Abstract:An evaluation of a teacher is one of the major parts in educational evaluation.In terms of the purposes of the evaluation of a teacher,there are mainly two different evaluation systems:an evaluation of a teacher in reward and in punishment;an evaluation of a teacher in development.This paper makes a brief contrastive study of these two different evaluation systems from the purposes,content,subject,methods,pattern etc.
