| 摘 要： | 《老子》蕴涵了丰富的管理思想，其哲学基础是“道”。“道”可以作为企业管理领导者的指导原则。挖掘老子管理哲学思想的现代意义，有利于提高和增强现代管理者的管理能力，有助于加强和深化现代企业管理的理论。

| Abstract: | Lao-tzu embodies rich management thought in which ＂Taoism＂ is the foundation. ＂Taoism＂ can be perceived as leading principle for managing leader of a business. Its significance of exploring Lao-tzu＇s philosophy thoughts lies in promoting and enhancing manger＇s managing ability, making the theory of modern enterprises management strengthen and deepen. |
