| 摘 要： | 非战争军事行动具有重要战略意义，且在世界范围内日趋频繁，并呈现出多样化发展趋势，各国军界目前都在投入较大精力积极研究和探索非战争军事行动的常态化建设这一重大课题。美军在此方面走在世界前列，带给我们诸多启示。我们应该学习其先进的理论，站在更高的起点上，提高军队遂行非战争军事行动、应对多种安全威胁、完成多样化军事任务的能力。
