| 摘 要： | 爱因斯坦创立的狭义相对论是20世纪初现代科技革命狂飙突进的标志性成果之一,影响深远。狭义相对论的创立与爱因斯坦具有独特的好奇心、勇于创新的科学精神、领先的科学思想、灵活机动的科研方法密切相关。这一切带给科技和教育工作者的重要启示是：要在科研和教学工作中取得超一流的成就,就必须善于创新科技思想,并用正确的方法论武装头脑。

| Abstract: | Having a far-reaching impact on the modern science,the creation of Einstein′s special theory of relativity is the great achievement in the field of modern physics revolution in the early 20th century.It is mainly due to Einstein′s unique personality,advanced scientific thinking and scientific methods.It gives scientists and educators a useful revelation：whether engaging in scientific research,or improving education and teaching,it is better to earnestly study and understand Einstein′s advanced scientific ideas and scientific methods from the scientific thinking and the scientific ways. |
