| 摘 要： | 建设马克思主义学习型政党,是提高党建科学化水平的战略抉择,是提高党的执政能力、保持党的先进性的内在要求,是党始终走在时代前列、引领中国发展进步的重要基础,也是推动军队建设科学发展、有效履行使命的现实需要。建设学习型党组织是建设学习型政党的基础工程,必须充分认识建设学习型党组织的重要意义,明确原则和要求,拓展学习内容,创新方法途径,增强学习实效,深入开展建设学习型党组织活动。
