| Abstract: | Innovation is the soul of higher education. To train the student in Innovation spirit and creativity is the priority of quality education. This article discusses how to develop this kind of versatile talents from the point of view of student management in the term of changing the education conception, strengthening ethical and ideological education and optimizing the environment for the growth of talents. |
