| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展，人才市场化趋势越来越明显。旅游业对人才的要求愈来愈高，企业对人才的要求不再仅仅满足于专业技能，而是越来越看重具有综合素质能力的复合型人才。如何培养出高质量的复合型、创新型日语旅游人才，已是摆在高等教育面前的十分突出的问题，因此旅游院校要注重学生技能的培养，使旅游人才的培养与社会需求相适应，以满足社会发展的需要。

| Abstract: | With the development of times,the trend of market-oriented talents seems more and more obvious.In tourism more and more requirements are made on diathesis and capacity of the workforce.Enterprises not only require the stuff to meet the requirements of professional skills,but attach importance to market-oriented talents with comprehensive qualities.How to cultivate inter-disciplinary and innovative Japanese tourism talents with high quality has become a prominent subject in higher education.Therefore tourism institutions of high learning must focus on skill training and make the training of tourism talents adapt to social demand so as to meet the needs of social development. |
