血液气体对红细胞沉降影响的实验研究

摘    要:通过正常犬胫前静脉血排气后 ,红细胞沉降与不排气的对比实验发现 ,血液气体的减少明显影响红细胞的沉降 ,进而对不同时间红细胞沉降高度数据进行显著性t检验分析时 ,发现排气对红细胞沉降的影响是通过直接阻碍红细胞的叠连聚集实现的。在实验基础上 ,分析研究了红细胞叠连聚集力 Fa的特点及形成的各种因素 ,得出具有双凹碟形的红细胞之间在靠近且近似平行的条件下 ,产生一种吻合力 Fc,吻合力Fc本质上来源于红细胞膜通道力学效应。这样 ,红细胞叠连聚集力 Fa应综合为 :Fa=Fb Fc- Fe- Fs- Fm其中 ,Fb为大分子物质的桥联力 ,Fe为红细胞表面静电斥力 ,Fs为切应力 ,Fm为红细胞的弯曲力

Abstract:After a normal dog's Wtibiales were exhausted and a comparison was made between erythrocyte sedimentation and a dog's Wtibiales anteriores which were not exhausted, it has been found that the reduction of blood gas obviously influences erythrocyte sedimentation. The obvious t examination and analysis for the high degree of erythrocyte sedimentation in different times have further found that the exhaustion has an influence upon erythrocyte sedimentation and that was brought about by directly blocking the overlap collection of red cells. On the basis of this experiment, by analysing and studying the character overlap collective force F-a and various factors of its formation, the following conclusion can be drawn. Among biconcave-dished red cells, under the condition of their being close to balance, a kind of identical force F-c will be produced, which comes intrinsically from the mechanical effect of red cell membrane passage. Thus, the red cell's overlap collective force F-a should be summed up lide this:F-a=F-b F-c-F-e-F-s-F-mwhere F-b is the bridge connective force of macromolecular substance, F-e is the surface electrostatic force of red cells, F-s is the shearing stress, F-m is the curving force of the red cells.
