| 摘 要： | 采用PLC和触摸屏的常规控制方案，低成本高性能地完成了对工控系统中高速采集到的数据进行保存和分析，解决了触摸屏数据库保存数据速率低（2次/s）的问题，使每秒钟可以保存多达20个数据，并且增加了数据库保存数据的总数.该系统在某军工企业中应用于对膜片性能的测试，其精度达到了0.5%以上.
