在“双循环”新发展格局下推动体育产业高质量发展具有重要理论与现实意义。基于产业经济学基本理论，探究“双循环”新发展格局下中国体育产业高质量发展的逻辑、动力与路径。在“双循环”新发展格局下，构建完善的体育产业内需体系，畅通国内大循环；构建完善的体育产业链供应链，畅通国内国际双循环，是体育产业高质量发展的内在逻辑。当前，体育“放管服”改革不断推进、体育产业政策不断向好、体育产业规模不断提升、体育市场不断扩大、体育企业不断壮大，形成了“政府—政策—产业—市场—企业”五位一体体育产业高质量发展的“双循环”支撑动力。鉴于此，通过紧扣更高水平供需平衡，围绕供给侧改革与需求侧改革，抓住以扩大体育内需、促进城乡区域体育产业协调发展、推进体育产业数字化转型为重点，构建体育产业政策体系、现代体育产业体系、现代体育市场体系、新型体育消费体系，提出“一个”主线、“两个”改革、“三个”重点、“四个”体系的“双循环”新发展格局下中国体育产业高质量发展路径。
