激光超声无损检测技术

摘    要:
根据电磁理论,推导了在固体中激光超声产生的热膨胀机理和电子机理。研究了激光超声信号的光学检测方法。结果表明,激光超声可以重复产生窄脉冲,在时间和空间具有极高的分辨率,适用于材料的无损检测。

Abstract:
Based on the electromagnetic theory, thermal energy principle and electron princi- ple of laser exciting ultrasonic is deduced. Optical testing method of laser-generated ultrasonic signal is studied. The result indicates that laser excite ultrasonic can produce narrow pulse repeat, it possesses higher kite resolving power in time and space, laser excite ultrasonic applies to nondestructive testing of material.
