摘    要:主要论述重氮-β萘乙酸甲酯与N-(对溴苯乙烯基)-吗啉在铜盐催化下的反应,能够以较高的化学产率制备4-氧代-4-(4-溴苯基-)2-(2-萘)-丁酸甲酯.详细考察了催化剂、反应溶剂对这一反应的影响.实验结果发现六氟乙酰丙酮铜Cu(hfacac2)]得到最好的化学收率,比较意外地发现所有被测试的溶剂都能以高产率得到产物4-氧代-4-(4-溴苯基-)2-(2-萘-)丁酸甲酯。

Abstract:The reaction of Methyl(naphtha-2-yl)diazoacetate with N-(1-(4-bromophenyl)vinyl)morpholine catalyzed by copper salts provided methyl 4-oxo-4-(4-bromophenyl)-2-(2-naphthyl)-butanoate: in good yield.A full investigation of the effects of solvents,catalysts on the reaction was carried out.Cu(hfacac)2 was preferred due to its excellent chemical yield.However it is amazing that all tested solvents provided good yields of methyl 4-oxo-4-(4-bromophenyl)-2-(2-naphthyl)-butanoate.
