摘    要:介绍了一种新型的具有多孔陶瓷蓄热结构的新型高效燃气灶,其技术特点是:嵌入式燃烧方式,减少了烟气带走的余热,并使烟气从燃烧室内部的环形孔排入烟气回收室预热空气;在燃烧室内设置了具有多孔陶瓷的蓄热装置,保存了一部分余热.将其与传统燃气灶进行了数值分析与试验测试对比,研究结果表明,新型商用燃气灶平均热效率为47%~60%,而传统商用燃气灶仅为37%~50%;具有多孔陶瓷蓄热结构的高效燃气灶,天然气流量与热效率呈单调递减关系.

Abstract:A novel porous ceramic heat storage efficient gas stove structure has embedded combus- tion mode,and reduced the waste heat of the flue gas. The porous ceramic regenerator structure has saved a part of the waste heat. Some tests were made in order to find out the relation between the flow rate of natural gas and the thermal effciency of business gas and thermal efficiency of business cookstove. The influences of the water temperature to the thermal efficiency have also been tested. The results show that the average of the thermal efficiency for the new bussiness gas stove is 47%-60% ,but the average of the thermal efficiency for the traditional bussiness gas stove is 37%- 50 %. The primary energy consumption of boiling water with a gas cookstove in big fire condition is more than that with a electricity water boiler.
