摘    要:对地下水超采实行限采是水资源管理的重要工作内容,而对限采效果的预测,将有助于限采方案的顺利实施;文章以安徽淮北平原西部孔隙承压水盆地为例,利用承压水流系统的数值模拟模型,评价研究区孔隙承压水的开采状态,制订限采技术方案;预测限采后承压水位的变化过程,在其基础上讨论限采效果。

Abstract:Implementing the pumping-limit is an important management method of water resources for dealing with groundwater overexploitation,and forecasting the effect to be achieved will be helpful to successful implementing of the pumping-limit program.The porous confined groundwater aquifer in the western part of the Huaibei plain in Anhui Province is discussed as a case study.By use of the numerical simulation model of the confined groundwater flow,the actual development of groundwater is evaluated,and the technologic program for implementing the pumping-limit is worked out.The forecast results of the variation process of confined groundwater are described and analyzed,and the pumping-limit program is considered to be really necessary.
