磁力偶合器在高压条件下的应用

摘    要:文中介绍了磁力偶合器的工作原理和计算公式,特别强调了在高压液流条件下设计磁力偶合器应注意的一些问题,作者运用文中叙述的原理和公式,设计制造了几台高压条件下工作的磁力泵,工作性能良好稳定。

Abstract:This paper discusses the working mechanism and the design and calculation methods of the transmission with magnetic couplers. This paper puts focus on some noticeable aspects in designing the magnetic coupler for high fluid pressure facilities. The authors have designed and built some magnetic couplers, which work at 15 MPa. These magnetic couplers have been performing very well for two years.
