带裂纹自增强设备的疲劳寿命估算

摘    要:文中分析了内壁含有纵向裂纹的厚壁圆筒的应力强度因子的表达式,指出其中自由表面影响系数的Newman-Raju解是计算厚壁圆筒疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的首选表达式,同时还指出自增强处理能大幅度提高疲劳裂纹的扩展寿命,100%的超应变处理有最长的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:Paper analyzes the expression of stress intensity factor of thick-walled cylinder with cracks, and points out t Newman-Raju s solution of free-surface influence coefficients is the optimum expression of calculating the of fatique crack propagation of thick-walled cylinder. At the same time, this paper indicates that the life of que crack propagation can be greatly increased by autofrettage, and the longest life will be got when the ipment is autofrettaged by 100 % over strain degree.
