| 摘 要： | 根据PDC钻头切削过程的具体特点与有关的金属切削理论,给出了PDC切削齿的工作角度即前倾角和侧倾角的确切定义,推导了前倾角和侧倾角的精确计算公式,并分析了结构参数对前倾角和侧倾角的影响规律。这对PDC钻头设计、切削力计算和工作性能预测都具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Acording to the characteristics of PDC bit cutting process and the relevant metal cutting theory, this paper gives ercise definition of working angles, i.e. actual backrake and actual siderake of PDC cutter, derives their urate calculation formulas, and analyzes the law of the effects of structural parameters on them, which is of at importance to the design, cutting force calculation and performance perdiction of PDC bits. |
